Welcome to Dope Sandwich. We’re a small, family owned business with one goal: serve home cooking in a sandwich. 

We have always loved cooking for others. Large gatherings, team parties, holidays, you name it – you can find us in the kitchen, preparing our favorite family recipes to share with our loved ones. For years, we joked about starting a family business, one that focused on food, entertainment and community. So in 2021 we decided to invest in ourselves and Dope Sandwich was born.

Our menu is simple but our sandwiches are far from it. We have taken some of our classic homestyle recipes (ones we’ve been cooking for family and friends for years) and turned them into a sandwich you’ll never forget. Hearty, comforting flavors that you know and love, sandwiched between freshly baked bread. The result? A pretty dope sandwich.

Everything we do stems from our love for our family, friends, and community. Constantly cooking for others has allowed us to perfect our recipes over countless meals with loved ones. Without them, we wouldn’t have this food truck.

That’s why we plan to stay true to our roots. We’re a family from the western suburbs of Chicago, so that’s where we serve our sandwiches. It’s important to us that we stay in the area, so we can continue to serve our friends and family with home cooked meals – this time, in sandwich form.

On that note, we want to thank our family and friends who have encouraged us through the process of starting our business. We could not have done it without your love and support. We hope to make you proud.
